Extra Large Beach Towels

When you look back, do you think you have ever taken the wrong type of towels with you on holiday…you have taken small instead of large beach towels? I am sure that you have never been 100% sure of which type of towel to take with you. I hope by the end of this that you will be able to make a decision which is the best type of towel for you.

Ok so what are the advantages of large beach towels? The first one is the use on the sun beds. Who can find a towel that actually can cover the sun bed on the beach? You have had the feeling. You get there for the first time. You head to the beach and you pay a lot for the sun bed. Once you get on all you can do is hold your legs up so they don’t touch that extremely hot surface.

Just before we carry on, how many times have you actually had a towel that fitted the lounger? Not very many. Unless someone is using one of those extra large beach towels then it is unlikely. In this situation it may be better to take 2 smaller sized towels. This will give you more flexibility.

Now what other things do you need to consider when thinking about the different sizes of towels? So the first thing is the price. Smaller ones tend to be cheaper so if you are on a budget then you should first of all look to a small or standard size.

You should also consider the colour of the towel that you take with you. This is not a fashion contest so you don’t have to go out and find the one that goes with your skin complexion. You want a colour that is practical, one that won’t attract the bees and a darker colour to help stop it looking shabby.

Before you make up your mind just imagine the feeling of wrapping up in one of those ultra soft large beach towels. Surely that must be better than a standard one.
